    The KTM SX-E 1.16 is a refined electric balance bike ideal for young riders who have outgrown the smallest platform but are not yet ready for full motocross. Its lightweight construction and adjustable ergonomics make it a perfect confidence-building step in their riding journey.​​

     Performance & Power Driven by a high-output brushless motor powered via a 4 Ah quick-disconnect lithium-ion battery, the SX-E 1.16 features three graduated ride modes—Training (~8 km/h), Transitional (~12 km/h), and Advanced (~21 km/h)—to match a child’s developing throttle control and skill. The efficient powertrain delivers smooth, controlled acceleration without a complex gearbox, and the battery charges fully in around 60 minutes, extending ride time with ease.
    Control & Comfort Weighing just 9 kg, the SX-E 1.16 is easy for children to handle and recover from falls independently. Its ultra-low 430 mm seat height and aluminium TIG-welded frame ensure feet remain firmly planted, enhancing stability and encouraging proper posture. Steel BMX-style front fork, 16-inch composite wheels with pneumatic tyres, and a simple BMX chain and freewheel drivetrain all contribute to approachable, predictable handling.
    Versatility & Style Styled with KTM Factory Racing graphics and race-inspired details, the SX-E 1.16 gives junior riders that authentic flair as they learn. The multifunction display in the twist throttle shows ride-mode selection and battery level via colour-coded LEDs, and the quick-change battery makes back-to-back sessions simple. This silent, emission-free bike is equally suited to back-garden practice, park-trail exploration, or honing balance and throttle skills with confidence.
