    The 2025 Husqvarna TC 300 Heritage combines timeless style with cutting-edge motocross performance. Its retro-inspired graphics are expertly applied using in-mould techniques, paired with a premium white powder-coated chromoly steel frame and blue-ribbed seat cover—creating a striking throwback look grounded in modern engineering. While it evokes Husqvarna’s heritage, this bike remains a no-compromise, race-ready machine.

    Refined Engine & Enhanced Control At its core is a fuel-injected 293.2 cc 2-stroke engine engineered for maximum torque and agile handling. It features a counter balancer shaft to reduce vibration, and a compact crankshaft and crankcases designed for optimal mass centralisation. Power delivery is fine-tuned with dual engine maps controlled by a handlebar-mounted Map Select switch, while the automatic start system and efficient fuel pump lead to consistent, easy operation across demanding terrain. Durability and traction are enhanced by a Pankl 5-speed gearbox and a damped diaphragm steel (DDS) clutch housed in a CNC-machined basket.
    Precision Chassis & Competition-Level Components The TC 300 Heritage rides on an advanced 25CrMo4 steel frame with carbon-reinforced subframe designed for controlled flex and rider feedback. Its adjustable CNC triple clamps refine steering and offer vibration tuning, while WP XACT 48 mm air forks and a linkage-mounted WP rear shock deliver plush, consistent suspension. The bike also features custom exhaust routing for clearance and performance, a carbon skid plate, and digitally tested radiators for efficient cooling—all wrapped in stylish heritage touches like blue shrouds and Swedish artwork.
    Trail-Tested Ergonomics & Heritage Details With a seat height of 946 mm and a dry weight of approximately 99.6 kg, the TC 300 Heritage feels both nimble and planted. The 7.2-litre fuel tank sits low with a protective rubber mount to preserve its finish, and wide riders’ contact points encourage intuitive movement and fatigue reduction. Footrests are precision-designed for grip and cleanliness, and the monochrome colour scheme is complemented by subtle upgrades like Excel rims and Dunlop Geomax tyres—making it a motocross bike that’s as capable as it is visually compelling.
