Designed to enhance every ride experience, it combines legacy styling with advanced performance—delivering a standout aesthetic that matches its race-ready capability.​​

     Advanced Fuel-Injected Engine & Thoroughbred Control Powering the TC 300 is a compact, lightweight 293.2 cc two-stroke engine featuring throttle-body fuel injection and an electronic exhaust control system—replacing the traditional powervalve for smoother and more predictable power. Starting is effortless, thanks to an electric starter, while the 5-speed Pankl gearbox and damped diaphragm steel clutch ensure seamless shifts and reliable traction. A handlebar-mounted switch lets riders choose between two engine maps, customising the power delivery to suit track conditions or personal riding style.
    High-Performance Chassis & Race-Calibre Components The frame has been refined to reduce weight around the top of the shock mount and steering area, which improves flex and cornering precision without sacrificing straight-line stability. Suspension features WP XACT air forks with AER technology and a WP XACT monoshock with CFD-optimised damping—all delivering responsive control across rough terrain. Handlebars by ProTaper, lock-on ODI grips, and Dunlop Geomax MX34 tyres mounted on lightweight Excel wheels complete the race-grade specification.
    Thoughtful Ergonomics & Rider-Centred Design Ergonomic refinements include a seat that is slightly wider and raised for better rider movement and grip, as well as redesigned shrouds for easier access to fork and shock adjustments. A threaded radiator cap, stiffer fuel pump housing, and clear engine maintenance markings bring enhanced functionality to the trail. The overall design ensures every ride feels intuitive, comfortable, and built to flow with the rider.
