Versatility & Style Equipped with 19-inch front and 17-inch rear cast alloy wheels wrapped in dual-sport rubber, hand guards, a tall front mudguard, and subtle all-road protection for the headlight, radiator, and sump, the Scrambler 400 X is as tough as it looks. The analog-plus-LCD display includes ride-ready functions (gear indicator, range, heated grip status), and the rugged, clean styling—with LED lighting, powder-coated engine casings, and three distinct color options—cements its modern-classic appeal.

Performance & Power Under the hood is a liquid-cooled, DOHC 398cc single-cylinder engine delivering around 40 PS of power and 37.5 Nm of torque. Equipped with ride-by-wire throttle, a six-speed gearbox, torque-assist slip-and-assist clutch, and chain final drive, it offers a punchy and responsive ride with easy control—whether picking through traffic or exploring dirt paths.

Control & Comfort Built on a hybrid spine/perimeter steel frame with a bolt-on rear subframe and cast-aluminum swingarm, the Scrambler 400 X features 43 mm upside-down Big Piston forks and a preload-adjustable monoshock—both offering around 150 mm of travel. Its upright ergonomics, wide bars, and commanding seat height heighten on- and off-road confidence, while the 320 mm front brake with radial four-piston caliper and dual-channel ABS (switchable for off-road) provide reassurance in all conditions.
