Electric Powertrain & Real-World Performance Driving the AE4 is a smooth hub motor rated at 1.6 kW, briefly peaking at around 3 kW—enough to deliver responsive ride quality and sportier acceleration when needed. It reaches up to 65 km/h in unrestricted settings and achieves sprint speeds like 0–30 km/h in under 3.5 seconds. A 74 V, 27 Ah lithium-ion battery provides a practical 63 km of real-world range under WMTC testing, with the option to fit a second battery for extended journeys.
Chassis & Handling Dynamics The AE4 rides on balanced 80/90-12 front and 100/80-12 rear tyres that promote stable grip, teamed with 220 mm front and 190 mm rear disc brakes controlled by twin-piston calipers for confident stopping.
