Superveloce 1000 Ago

Each Superveloce 1000 Ago comes with a truly unique key, a symbol of pure legend. The ignition key is encased in billet aluminium, anodized in red, and features a distinctive detail—a brass coin made from an original trophy won by Giacomo Agostini. Personally selected and donated by Ago himself, it gives every owner a tangible fragment of his legacy. The inscription reads: "Forged from a Giacomo Agostini's trophy."

83 Limited Units The Superveloce 1000 Ago is limited to just 83 units worldwide, celebrating Giacomo Agostini's 83rd birthday. A sacred number and a collector’s dream, each motorcycle is individually numbered on an 18k gold plate positioned on the steering head, making it a masterpiece that embodies speed, style, exclusivity, and history.

Aesthetics The Superveloce 1000 Ago features an inline four-cylinder engine capable of producing 208 HP (153 kW) at 13,000 RPM and 116.5 Nm of torque at 11,000 RPM. With 16 radial titanium valves—a hallmark of all MV Agusta four-cylinder engines—along with forged titanium connecting rods and DLC-coated cams, the engine can reach 14,000 RPM. The counter-rotating crankshaft minimizes vibration, providing a smooth and controlled ride even at the performance limits. Engine management is handled by the integrated MVICS 2.1 system (Motor & Vehicle Integrated Control System) with eight injectors: four lower and four upper with increased flow rate. The engine’s sound comes from the four-exit titanium exhaust, specifically developed by Akrapovic for the Superveloce 1000 Ago, featuring its distinctive "organ pipe" design as a tribute to the F4. Enhanced with a carbon fiber heat shield, the exhaust is finely tuned to deliver an iconic sound, ensuring an unparalleled sensory experience.

The Legend 15 World titles. 123 Grand Prix victories. 10 TT wins. Yet numbers alone cannot define Giacomo Agostini. He was and remains an icon—admired for his talent, elegance, and charisma. With 13 World titles, the Agostini-MV Agusta duo dominated the racing world between the 1960s and ’70s, becoming legendary. The Superveloce 1000 Ago goes beyond a mere tribute to this legendary partnership; it is MV Agusta’s way of honoring the greatest motorcycle racer in history, a myth materialized in carbon, metal, and fire. The Superveloce 1000 Ago is a true gem for collectors. Each motorcycle comes with an exclusive welcome kit designed to enhance the ownership experience. Inside, collectors will find a certificate of authenticity with the matching serial number, a premium motorcycle cover, and a set of accessories including CNC-machined levers, passenger footpegs and heel guards in carbon fiber, and a luxurious passenger seat in leather and Alcantara.
