New Superveloce 1000 Serie Oro

Superveloce 1000 Serie Oro

The MV Agusta Superveloce 1000 Serie Oro is a limited-edition masterpiece that redefines the boundaries of performance and design. Limited to just 500 units worldwide, this motorcycle combines cutting-edge technology with exquisite craftsmanship, making it a true collector's item.

Desire Manifesto The MV Agusta Superveloce 1000 Serie Oro represents the fulfilment of a clear objective for MV Agusta: to create a motorcycle that embodies the desires of every rider. The combination of stylistic research, pure aesthetic appeal, technological innovation, and breathtaking performance has allowed MV Agusta to achieve the vision set at the start of the project. The result is a motorcycle that occupies an almost dreamlike dimension, literally embodying the Shape of Desire.

Aerodynamics In the Superveloce 1000 Serie Oro, technology and style merge to create a true sculpture on two wheels. One of its most distinctive features is the presence of aerodynamic wings, marking a new paradigm in the design and development of MV Agusta models, inspired by the brand's glorious past. Beyond achieving the best aerodynamic penetration coefficient (Cx), engineers also focused on optimizing vertical load (Cz), delivering significant benefits for riding dynamics and ensuring incredible stability—crucial given the bike’s exceptional top speed and acceleration. The aerodynamic wings on the fairing are not only visually striking but are perfectly integrated into the overall fluid dynamics management. Extensive testing has shown that at high speeds, the bike offers absolute directional precision and stability, without sacrificing manoeuvrability and agility in varied riding conditions. The analysis of aerodynamic flows, derived from aeronautical techniques, was fundamental in developing the Superveloce 1000 Serie Oro. The result is a bike that ensures optimal rider protection at high speeds, improved overall comfort, enhanced performance, perfect engine breathing, and efficient hot air dissipation for ideal operating conditions.

Engine The Superveloce 1000 Serie Oro features an inline four-cylinder engine capable of producing 208 HP (153 kW) at 13,000 RPM and 116.5 Nm of torque at 11,000 RPM. With 16 radial titanium valves—a hallmark of all MV Agusta four-cylinder engines—along with forged titanium connecting rods and DLC-coated cams, the engine can reach 14,000 RPM. The counter-rotating crankshaft minimizes vibration, providing a smooth and controlled ride even at the performance limits. Engine management is handled by the integrated MVICS 2.1 system (Motor & Vehicle Integrated Control System) with eight injectors: four lower and four upper with increased flow rate. The engine’s sound comes from the four-exit titanium exhaust, specifically developed by Akrapovic for the Superveloce 1000 Serie Oro, featuring a distinctive "organ pipe" design as a tribute to the F4. Enhanced with a carbon fiber heat shield, the exhaust is finely tuned to deliver an iconic sound, ensuring an unparalleled sensory experience.
