    KTM SX-E 1.12 

    The KTM SX-E 1.12 is an approachable, entry-level electric balance bike purpose-built to inspire confidence in very young riders. Lightweight and cleverly engineered, it delivers safe, real-world riding fun while building essential balance and throttle control skills.​​

     Performance & Power Powered by a high-output electric motor with a quick-disconnect 20 V, 2 Ah lithium-ion battery, the SX-E 1.12 offers three graduated power modes: Training (around 6 km/h), Transitional (about 9 km/h), and Advanced (up to roughly 12 km/h), providing smooth, controlled acceleration with no complex drivetrain. The battery charges in about 60 minutes and delivers approximately 30 to 60 minutes of ride time depending on power mode and terrain, making it both practical and engaging for early riders.
    Control & Comfort Weighing in at just under 7.7 kg, the SX-E 1.12 is easily managed by small children and adults alike, even after a tumble. Its ultra-low 330 mm seat height, aluminium TIG-welded frame, BMX-style steel front fork, and 12″ composite wheels with pneumatic tyres all contribute to a stable, confidence-inspiring ride. The twist-throttle has a true power curve, not a simple on/off switch, which helps young riders learn throttle control effectively.
    Versatility & Style Styled to mirror KTM’s Factory Racing aesthetic, the SX-E 1.12 features authentic graphics and numbered plates to make every young rider feel like a pro. Its compact display built into the throttle indicates ride-mode selection and battery level via coloured LEDs, while the quick-change battery system allows families to extend riding sessions easily. Quiet, emission-free and easy to transport, this bike excels for back-garden practice sessions, early trail exploration, or simply mastering the basics in a safe and fun way.
