The 2026 Husqvarna TC 85 19/16 is the ultimate pre-full-size motocross machine, designed to introduce young racers to serious competition with a package that’s both confidence-inspiring and race-ready. Its bold in-mould graphics celebrate Husqvarna’s heritage, while the robust chromium-molybdenum steel frame delivers rigidity and agility in equal measure.  High-Reving Engine & Smart Power Customisation Tucked into the centre of the chassis is a high-revving 84.9 cc two-stroke engine that blends punch with precision. It features lightweight aluminium construction, a powervalve system tuned for tractable mid-range torque, and a compact die-cast crankcase layout to centralise mass and enhance handling. Young riders can also alter character on the fly via two selectable engine maps, while power delivery is smoothed by a six-speed Pankl gearbox and a hydraulic DS clutch housed in a steel basket.
Precision Chassis & Advanced Suspension Built for sharp cornering and on-point feedback, this bike rides on a hydroformed double-cradle frame and a polyamide-reinforced aluminium subframe for added compliance. The WP XACT 43 mm air forks deliver 278 mm of adjustable, plush damping, while the linkage-less PDS rear shock offers 289 mm of travel for supreme stability. This high-end suspension combo balances control with comfort, crafting an intuitive ride that adapts to terrain and riding style.
Race-Ready Details & Rider Focus Every element of the TC 85 is designed for the young athlete: the slim bodywork and knee-friendly ergonomics promote seamless movement, while a compact fuel tank and accessible airbox enhance manageability. It features Formula hydraulic brakes, Galfer discs (240 mm front, 220 mm rear), Excel rims with Maxxis Maxxcross tyres, CNC-machined handlebars by Neken, and a solid airbox for lasting performance. In its entirety, this bike blends race-level specification with thoughtful design to deliver a next-step platform for serious youth racers.
