TC 250 HERITAGE

The 2025 Husqvarna TC 250 Heritage brings classic motocross flair to the modern 2-stroke platform. Its elegant in-mould graphics, powder-coated chromoly steel frame, and bold blue seat give the bike a timeless aesthetic while retaining Husqvarna’s cutting-edge performance. This model balances style and substance—delivering a nostalgic look grounded in precision engineering for riders who value both heritage and high-level trail performance.

Compact 2-Stroke Engine & Seamless Throttle Control At its core is a lightweight 249 cc 2-stroke engine—just 23.9 kg in total—that features electronic fuel injection and electric start for reliable, plug-and-play power. Including a laterally mounted counter balancer shaft to reduce vibration, its power delivery is smooth, compliant, and instantly throttle-responsive. The inclusion of a damped DDS clutch within a CNC-machined basket improves traction and durability, while a five-speed Pankl Racing gearbox ensures smooth and precise engagement across rides. Riders can also toggle between two performance maps via a simple switch to suit changing conditions or personal preference.

Agile Chassis & Suspension Mastery The TC 250 Heritage rides on a refined 25CrMo4 steel frame paired with a hybrid aluminium-polyamide subframe designed for optimal feedback and torsional balance. Its suspension system comprises WP XACT inverted front forks and a linkage-mounted WP XACT rear shock, configured for smooth compliance over challenging terrain. The updated geometry and frame structure improve cornering agility and rider feel, while the in-mould bodywork maintains freedom of movement and long-term durability.

Ride-Ready Fit & Heritage Accents With a low seat height and compact dimensions, the TC 250 Heritage feels properly accessible and easy to manoeuvre. Wheels and tyres are premium-level—Excel rims teamed with Dunlop Geomax MX33 rubber—to deliver superior grip and stability through ruts. Extras like the updated 7.2-litre fuel tank with improved pump, ergonomically enhanced contact surfaces, and engraved galvanised frame protectors tie the bike’s modern performance to its heritage styling in a thoughtful, functional way.
