The 2026 Husqvarna TC 250 stands proudly at the forefront of 250 cc two-stroke motocross, blending proven performance with the latest engineering innovations. Its striking new graphics are applied using in-mould techniques for long-lasting vibrancy, ensuring the bike looks fresh even after countless laps. This model delivers a combination of raw power, modern refinement, and precision handling that makes it equally suited to competitive racing or serious practice sessions.​​

 High-Performance Engine & Mapping At its heart is a compact 249 cc two-stroke engine weighing just 23.9 kg, equipped with throttle-body fuel injection to provide smoother power delivery, improved efficiency, and reduced running costs. This modern system also eliminates the need for carburettor jetting adjustments, making maintenance far simpler. A handlebar-mounted switch allows riders to quickly choose between engine maps, tailoring performance to different track conditions or riding styles. The lightweight yet strong chromium-molybdenum steel frame enhances cornering feel and rider comfort.
Advanced Chassis & Components The TC 250’s race-ready chassis is complemented by WP XACT 48 mm air forks and a fully adjustable WP XACT rear shock, both tuned for two-stroke agility and precise rider feedback. Updated frame geometry improves stability through corners, while revised wiring harness routing enhances durability. High-quality finishing touches such as Dunlop Geomax MX34 tyres, a threaded radiator cap, and a fuel line protector all contribute to the bike’s long-term reliability in demanding conditions.
Ergonomics & Control The ergonomic bodywork is shaped to give the rider greater freedom of movement, with wide, flat contact points and a high-grip seat for confident control during aggressive riding. The slim, centralised design improves handling while standing or seated, helping the rider maintain balance and precision in all situations. With its lightweight construction, modern technology, and thoughtful details, the 2026 Husqvarna TC 250 is ready to perform at the highest level from the very first gate drop.
