The 2025 Husqvarna TC 150 is a next-generation 2-stroke motocross contender that delivers class-leading performance in a compact, agile package. Its striking in-mould graphics emblazon the chromium-molybdenum steel frame, combining durability with standout style. Designed for riders eager to progress, it balances raw two-stroke torque with fine-tuned modern precision—offering a truly dynamic ride.​​

 Advanced Engine & Refined Power Delivery At its core sits a lightweight 144 cc two-stroke engine equipped with throttle-body electronic fuel injection and an electronic exhaust control system. This setup replaces traditional powervalves to ensure smooth, predictable power delivery and simplify maintenance. A compact, well-balanced crank and crankcases are engineered for superior mass centralisation. Starting is smooth and reliable thanks to an electric starter, while the six-speed Pankl Racing gearbox and hydraulic diaphragm steel clutch ensure precision shifting. Riders can tailor engine character using a handlebar-mounted switch to select between two power maps.
High-Calibre Chassis & Suspension Components Built for responsive handling, the TC 150 features a refined chromium-molybdenum frame paired with a polyamide-reinforced subframe. Suspension duties are handled by WP XACT 48 mm air fork with AER technology up front, and a linkage-mounted WP XACT shock at the rear—both fully adjustable for track conditions. Braking is robust, with Brembo calipers gripping 260 mm front and 220 mm rear discs. Premium Excel wheels roll on Dunlop Geomax MX34 tyres, ensuring traction and durability in demanding terrain.
Pro-Level Ergonomics & Rider Comfort The ergonomic enhancements make the TC 150 both comfortable and confidence-inspiring. The seat has been redesigned to be higher and wider for improved rider movement, while slim, contoured bodywork improves control when standing or cornering. A threaded radiator cap, fuel pump brace, and clear maintenance markings add durability and practical convenience. Together, these details make this model a true fusion of Husqvarna's motocross heritage and cutting-edge performance.
