The Husqvarna EE 1.16 is a compact electric balance bike aimed at introducing younger riders, typically aged 8 to 10, to the fundamentals of motorcycling. Combining manageable performance, lightweight construction, and premium Husqvarna quality, it offers a safe yet exciting platform for building skills and confidence. Its approachable size and easy handling make it perfect for backyards, parks, and beginner-friendly dirt tracks.

UNLEASH THE THRILL At its core, the EE 1.16 is powered by a brushless electric motor delivering up to 1.45 kW in its highest setting, producing smooth, predictable acceleration. Parents can choose between multiple power modes to limit speed and throttle response, ensuring the bike’s performance matches the rider’s ability. The twist-grip throttle replicates the feel of a full-sized motorcycle, helping young riders learn precise throttle control. The removable lithium-ion battery provides between 30 and 60 minutes of riding per charge, depending on terrain and rider weight, and can be recharged quickly for minimal downtime.
UNLEASH THE THRILL The EE 1.16 uses a strong yet lightweight aluminium frame, keeping overall mass low for easy manoeuvrability. Suspension comes via a telescopic front fork and rear mono-shock, tuned for smaller riders while offering a smooth ride over uneven ground. Hydraulic disc brakes at both the front and rear provide dependable stopping power, with levers sized for small hands. The bike’s proportions, mid-height seat, and wide handlebars give riders a stable and comfortable position, making it easier to develop balance and control skills at all speeds.

Rolling on lightweight 16-inch wheels with pneumatic tires, it offers reliable grip on pavement, grass, and light dirt. A handlebar-mounted battery level indicator helps riders and parents track remaining charge, while the quiet, zero-emission motor ensures it can be ridden in noise-restricted areas.
