Race-Roof Engine & On-Demand Aids It’s powered by Husqvarna’s proven 450 cc SOHC 4-stroke engine, delivering razor-sharp throttle response and smooth delivery. Riders can personalise performance via the handlebar-mounted Map Select Switch, activating features like launch control, traction control, quickshifter, and toggling between engine maps—even while riding. It’s a supermoto made to adapt instantly to track conditions and rider style.

Refined Chassis & Suspension Package The 2025 model introduces a revised chromoly steel frame for better flex balance, paired with a hybrid aluminium-polyamide subframe. A WP XACT Closed Cartridge front fork and WP XACT rear shock—with tool-free adjustment and CFD-optimised damping—improve suspension precision. A raised, grippy seat enhances the rider triangle, while the aluminium swingarm refines chain durability—all contributing to sharper stability and control at speed.

Premium Components & Rider Comfort Husqvarna has equipped the FS 450 with top-tier race components: Brembo hydraulic clutch and brake systems, ProTaper handlebars, ODI grips, and Alpina wheels shod with Metzeler Racetec SM K1 tyres.
