     Responsive 2-Stroke Engine & Smooth Clutch At its core sits a potent 64.9 cc 2-stroke engine equipped with a pressure-controlled exhaust valve, offering lively and linear performance. Riders shift through six gears via a durable Pankl Racing transmission paired with a hydraulically actuated Formula clutch—known for its consistent bite point and reliability. The bike starts via a reliable kickstarter setup, making it simple and intuitive for young riders. A large Twin Air filter enhances airflow and keeps maintenance straightforward.
    Adjustable Chassis & Class-Leading Suspension The chassis is built around a chromium-molybdenum steel frame tuned for flexibility and stability, featuring a shock design that isn’t connected to the top frame tube—this layout significantly improves handling and rider balance. Supporting components are race-bred: a hollow, one-piece aluminium swingarm, forged triple clamps, and fully adjustable WP XACT suspension deliver tamed agility and effortless tuning. The front forks boast a 35 mm inverted air system with 205 mm of travel, while the rear WP monoshock provides 253.5 mm of travel, offering plush compliance and traction.
    Youth-Centric Ergonomics & Premium Features Every detail of the TC 65 supports young riders. Its slim bodywork allows confident grip with the knees, and a flat seat profile facilitates quick transitions between sitting and standing. Ergonomic touches like aluminium handlebars with ODI grips, an accessible airbox with a twin-filter layout, and durable Formula brakes (198 mm front, 180 mm rear) deliver control and comfort.
